Mini Matcha

Vibrant green Matcha was selected from our partners at the Matcha Organic Japan cooperative in Shizuoka, Japan. 
The cooperative adopts environmentally friendly technologies that incorporate traditional methods and cutting-edge technology. It is also enthusiastic about making Matcha that makes the world smile.
Crafted from a combination of Samidori, Okumidori, and Yabukita tea varietals, our organic Matcha is smooth, rich, and complex, with a fine uniform texture.
How we prepare our Matcha drink: 
Sift 3 grams of matcha powder into a bowl or mug to prevent clumping and ensure a smoother texture.
Use a bamboo whisk (chasen) to whisk the matcha and water mixture vigorously.
Whisk in a back-and-forth or zigzag pattern to create a foamy texture.
Whisk until the matcha is evenly dispersed and a light foam forms on top.
For traditional matcha, top with more hot water
For a matcha latte, add steamed milk and whisk again until foamy.
For iced Matcha just add a few ice cubes.
